Kings Midas protects the payment, account, device, and identity verification data used by our website and Android app. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and how you can request help or deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Overview

Kings Midas provides payment gateway services that help users receive mobile money payments, create payment links, track transactions, manage withdrawals, verify account security, and use the Kings Midas Android app.

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, verify, and support these services. We do not sell personal information.

For Google Play users: this policy explains how the Kings Midas Android app handles account, payment, device, notification, and KYC verification information.

Information We Collect

The information collected depends on the features used by the account.

Account InformationUsername, email address, password hash, account status, security settings, and account preferences.
Payment InformationTransaction references, amounts, currency, payment status, phone number used for payment, customer or recipient name returned by the provider, channel, fees, and timestamps.
Withdrawal InformationCashout phone number, payout network, withdrawal amount, payout status, payout reference, payout fee, recipient details, and timestamps.
Device and App InformationAndroid device name, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, app notification status, session token, login activity, and basic technical data needed to keep the app connected.
Security Verification DataEmail verification codes, PIN verification status, two-factor authentication status, password reset codes, and related expiry timestamps.
KYC Verification DataIdentity verification status, session reference, document type, document number, name, date of birth, nationality, liveness and face-match results, and risk warnings returned by our verification provider.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Process deposits, payment links, withdrawals, and transaction history.
  • Show balances, summaries, payment status, and account activity.
  • Send important security, deposit, withdrawal, and admin notifications.
  • Verify account ownership through email, PIN, two-factor authentication, and KYC checks.
  • Prevent fraud, protect accounts, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Improve reliability and customer support.

Sharing and Processors

Kings Midas shares information only when needed to provide the service, complete a user-requested action, protect the platform, or comply with lawful obligations.

Service providers we may use

  • Mobile money and payout providers for payment processing, payment status, payout status, fees, and account name validation.
  • Didit or another approved KYC provider for identity verification and liveness checks.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android push notifications.
  • Email delivery providers for verification, password reset, and account security messages.
  • Hosting, database, logging, and security providers used to operate the Kings Midas platform.

We do not sell user data to advertisers or data brokers.

KYC and Identity Checks

Some accounts may be required to complete identity verification before using certain payment or withdrawal features. KYC may require opening a secure verification page where the user submits identity documents, face checks, and liveness checks.

Kings Midas stores useful verification results such as status, name, document type, document number, country, liveness result, face-match score, risk warnings, and verification timestamps. Full document images are processed by the KYC provider and are not stored in Kings Midas unless explicitly required by a future compliance process.

Mobile Notifications

The Android app may receive push notifications about deposits, withdrawals, account updates, security messages, and admin messages. To send these notifications, Kings Midas stores a Firebase device token connected to the user account.

Users may disable notifications from Android system settings. If notifications are disabled, account and payment data remains available inside the app and dashboard.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational protections to secure user data. These include hashed passwords, protected session tokens, HTTPS, security verification codes, optional two-factor authentication, PIN verification, restricted admin access, and controlled database access.

No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but Kings Midas works to reduce risk and respond quickly to security concerns.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account, payment, withdrawal, webhook, notification, and KYC information for as long as needed to provide services, support users, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or financial record obligations.

Users may request account help, correction, or deletion by contacting Kings Midas. Some financial records may need to be retained where required by law, compliance, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Children

Kings Midas is not intended for children under 13. Users must be old enough to operate a financial or business payment account in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features, change providers, improve security, or respond to legal and operational requirements. The updated date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
